Oliva Villas is located in Lefkada, near the settlement of Syvota. Within a lush slope, three residences are structured, each on a different level to achieve the necessary privacy.
At the highest level is the largest ground floor residence consisting of three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a large open space where the living areas, lounge, dining room, and kitchen are located. In the attic, which is developed above the two bedrooms, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom. The connection between the ground floor and the attic is achieved through an internal staircase.
In addition to the large residence, two smaller ones are also created. They consist of two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a large open space where the living areas, lounge, dining room, and kitchen are located. In the attic, which is developed above the two bedrooms, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom. The two smaller residences are also placed successively on lower levels. In the outdoor area of each residence, relaxation areas are developed such as a pool and an outdoor living room – dining area along with a barbecue area.
Access to each of the residences is achieved through a pathway created by retaining walls, connecting the road with the residences. Due to the creation of subterranean buildings, their absolute integration into the unique landscape is achieved, following the natural terrain without creating dramatic changes.
